Absolutely I would like to mention that I enjoyed the guest lecture by Martina. This gave us different perspectives and insights. In Martina's guest lecture, I especially remembered the art of empathically putting yourself in all sides' shoes. In my case, it was interesting to put myself in the role of co-founder and interact with our colleagues to try to make the negotiations come to fruition. The most significant learning from the case study is that, when presenting a new idea, it is extremely important to know what the stakeholders' interests, goals, gains, pains, thoughts, and feelings are. In a few words, you need to put yourself in the shoes of each of the stakeholders to be better positioned when negotiating

Most interesting I found the "corporate entrepreneurship case game" with Martina. The interaction and getting involved and putting yourself out there was a great experience. Especially having the first round, getting feedback and self-reflection, and after that having the last round of discussion.
